The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. Specifically:

• Username: To identify the user account.
• Mobile Number: For verification via OTP.

• State and District: We collect state and district data to inform the user about fuel prices in specified district as a default setting of state and district fuel prices.
• User Device Location: For map display and journey start location.
• Vehicle Information: Including vehicle make, model, CC, fuel type to provide speed mileage data and accurate route cost calculations.

Features Involving Data Collection:

• Add Log and Reminders: Users can store vehicle fuel bills, service log entries, and set reminders for due notifications.
• Vehicle Information: Used to calculate accurate costs for routes based on vehicle make and model.

Data Sharing

We do not share any user's collected data with third-party service providers, except for Razorpay, which collects the user's phone number for verification and identification purposes to avoid any suspicious activities.

Advertising

Our app does not use any personal data for advertising purposes.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, and we are committed to using commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use encryption during the transmission of data and secure data servers to ensure smooth and safe data transmission. All traffic to and from our database (API) is fully encrypted, and we store data in AWS Cloud RDS, which is compliant with GDPR. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User Consent

We obtain user consent through a consent checkbox that includes our privacy policy, terms and conditions, and information on how the user's data will be used to ensure transparency. An example of our consent dialog is as follows: "By using this app, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Your data will be used as described to enhance your experience."

Account Management

Our app allows users to create accounts. Users can request account deletion within the app itself. Once a user chooses to delete their account, all relevant data will be completely and permanently erased from our databases. Users can delete their account by following these steps:

• Go to the profile icon on the top left of the home screen.
• Find and select "Delete my FUELabc account" at the bottom of the profile screen.
• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• Once the OTP is verified, the account and all relevant data will be erased.

Third-party SDKs

Our app integrates Razorpay as a third-party SDK, which collects the user's phone number for verification and identification purposes to avoid any suspicious activities. We ensure compliance with prominent disclosure and consent requirements for Razorpay.

Data Safety Section

We have completed the Data Safety section in the Google Play Console, and it is consistent with our privacy policy.

Statistics / Analytics / Crashes

To improve FUELabc and provide better features, we use Google Analytics. This helps us understand general app usage information and track crashes. We do not use this tool for serving ads or tracking users.

• ₹88 Premium plan for 1 year
