Data Usage

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Username: To manage user accounts and provide personalized experiences.
• Mobile Number: For account verification and security.
• Device ID: To streamline login processes and improve security.
• Email: For sending important notifications and updates.
• State and District: To inform the user about fuel prices in specified district as a default setting of state and district fuel prices.
• User Device Location: For location-based services and journey planning.
• Vehicle Data: To offer accurate route cost calculations and speed mileage data.

Data Sharing

We do not share user data with third parties, except for Razorpay, which is used for payment verification and identification. Razorpay collects the user's phone number for verification to prevent fraudulent activities.

Data Safety

We prioritize the security of your personal information. Our data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard practices, and we store data securely in AWS Cloud RDS, compliant with GDPR standards. However, while we strive for robust security, no system is entirely immune to breaches, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

FUELabc Account Deletion Policy

If you wish to delete your account, follow these steps in the FUELabc App:

1. Go to the profile icon on the top left of the home screen.
2. Select "Delete my FUELabc account" at the bottom of the profile screen.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Once the OTP is verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Note: When a user deletes their account, all associated data such as username, mobile number, device ID, email, state and district, vehicle details, etc., will be permanently deleted from our databases immediately.

Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. If specific data retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we will inform users in our privacy policy.
