Introduction

By downloading or using the FUELabc app, these terms will automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app, its components, or our trademarks. Attempting to extract the source code, translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions is prohibited. All intellectual property rights in the app remain the property of Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Private Limited.

Changes to the App & Pricing

Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Private Limited reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly informing you what you are paying for.

Security & Device Requirements

FUELabc stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device as it may make your device vulnerable to security risks and may cause the app to malfunction.

Connectivity

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Private Limited is not responsible for reduced functionality if you do not have internet access or have exhausted your data allowance. If you use the app while roaming, your mobile provider may charge roaming data fees; you are responsible for any such charges.

Liability

While we endeavour to ensure information provided by the app is accurate and up to date, we rely on third parties for some data. Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Private Limited accepts no liability for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from reliance on app functionality or using the app in ways not recommended by us.

Updates & Termination

We may update the app from time to time. The app is available for Android and iOS; system requirements may change. We do not guarantee that the app will remain compatible with all future OS versions. You agree to accept updates when offered.

We may also stop providing the app and may terminate your access at any time without prior notice. On termination:

• (a) the rights and licenses granted to you end
• (b) you must stop using and, if required, delete the app from your device

Data Accuracy & User Testing

The data provided by FUELabc for vehicle mileage and performance is generated using algorithms, tests, and reference standards. Results may vary for vehicles with similar engine capacity, passenger load, and specifications. A margin of error up to ±20% is possible.

Customers may request vehicle testing by Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Pvt. Ltd. as per applicable standards (e.g., BIS 11921 for four-wheelers, BIS 10881 for two-wheelers) by submitting the vehicle along with requisite fees (USD 100 per vehicle), subject to technical team availability and regional feasibility.

Users are advised to perform their own tests at constant speeds to determine exact mileage and may enter custom vehicle parameters via Left Menu → Settings → Edit Vehicle values. Manufacturer data should be referred to where available.

When data for a specific make or model is unavailable, approximate data for similar specifications may be supplied and may also carry an error margin up to ±20%. Users must comply with local speed limits, vehicle manuals, and traffic regulations.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, we will consider refunds provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation. Please read subscription details before purchase. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

Fuelabc will not accept cancellation requests arising from user mistakes such as incorrect vehicle or registration details provided by the user.

Refund Policy

Subscription fee refunds, if applicable, follow this schedule:

• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
• Taxes levied by authorities and third-party charges are non-refundable.
• Discount amounts are not included in refund calculations.
• No refund will be issued if service cancellation arises from violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for refund delays caused by third parties.

Patents, Copyright & Intellectual Property

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
